Weezer will detour from the band’s Hella Mega stadium tour with Green Day and Fall Out Boy to play at ilani in Ridgefield this summer.

Two days after playing Seattle’s T-Mobile Park, a venue with almost 48,000 seats, Weezer will head down to perform an 8 p.m. show July 19 at the 2,500-seat auditorium at Ridgefield casino and resort.

Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. today. Reserved seats are $79 and $99. Tickets can be purchased at ilaniresort.com and ticketmaster.com.

Weezer’s “Beverly Hills” was nominated for Best Rock Song in the 2006 Grammy Awards.

Grammy Rock Album nominations came in 2017 for “Weezer” and in 2019 for “Pacific Daydream.”

Over the quartet’s 25-year career, Weezer has produced 14 studio albums, including the upcoming “Van Weezer,” to be released in May.

Weezer has sold 10 million albums in the United States and 35 million records worldwide. The Billboard Hot 100 charts list 17 top 10 songs and four No. 1 hits by Weezer.

Hits include “Buddy Holly,” “Undone — The Sweater Song,” “Say It Ain’t So,” “El Scorcho,” “Pork and Beans” and “Island in the Sun.”
