The Clark County Council is seeking an applicant to fill one of three at-large positions on the seven-member Fort Vancouver Regional Library District Board of Trustees.
The partial term will begin Aug. 1, 2020 and ends Dec. 31, 2021.
Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the challenges of serving on a public library board, perspectives concerning public library services and the value of public libraries in communities and funding for the library district.
Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest and resume to Michelle Pfenning at the Clark County Council Office, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, or to michelle.pfenning@clark.wa.gov.
The application deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, July 31.
