Eileen Quiring asserted that half of the people from Clark County that she is hearing from agree with her, no systematic racism in this country, this county. Well, I hadn’t signed the petition, hadn’t written but was sickened by her statement and know how completely ignorant it was. Her white privilege blindness and more disturbing unwillingness to learn or even discuss the topic is unacceptable.
She needs to hear from more of us, and maybe does need to resign.
