Letter: Smith supports essential workers

It is terrifying to consider what would happen without essential workers risking their lives to keep our lights on, meet our health needs, and provide access to food.

Daniel Smith, a health care leader in our community and candidate for state Senate in the 17th Legislative District, recognizes the invaluable contributions of these essential workers. His endorsements from the unions of grocers, nurses, teachers, firefighters, electricians and many others indicate that Daniel can be trusted to prioritize the work that will continue to power Washington’s economy and keep us safe.

A vote for Daniel Smith is a vote for our future.
