Here’s how the Clark College teams stand going into this week:

Men’s basketball

Final record: 10-18 overall, 3-13 NWAC South (9th place)

The Penguins wrapped up the season with a 100-93 overtime loss at home to Portland and a 78-66 loss at Lane.

Final stat leaders

• Scoring: Dylan Hushaw 14.4 points per game; Ethan Smith (Union HS) 12.5 ppg; Matt Garrison (King’s Way Christian HS) 10.4 ppg

• Rebounding: Garrison 7.5 per game; Bradley Bickler 5.9 rpg; Hushaw 5.0 rpg

• Assists: Zach Rivers 3.1 per game; Kevin Robello 1.9 apg; Hushaw 1.8 apg

Women’s basketball

Final record: 6-20 overall, 2-14 NWAC South (8th place)

Recap of recent results

The Penguins closed out the season with an 87-66 win over Portland on Sophomore Night and a 72-52 loss at No. 3 Lane.

Final stat leaders

• Scoring: Jodi Thomasian 14.0 points per game; Chyna Finley 9.2 ppg; Alexus Hunter 8.8 ppg

• Rebounding: Turner Joy 9.8 per game; Thomasian 5.3 rpg; Jozey Martellaro 3.8 rpg

• Assists: Hunter 2.9 per game; Martellaro 2.1 apg; Joy and Finley 1.5 apg

Baseball

Record: 3-0 overall

Upcoming schedule

Recap of recent results

The Penguins opened the season with two wins over Green River (16-1, 10-2) and one over Olympic (14-3), plus one rainout (leading 3-2 in the 3rd) while playing Olympic at Bremerton.

Camas High grad Chad Stoner won the opener vs. Green River, allowing one run on four hits with seven strikeouts. Evergreen grad Taylor Birchem was 5 for 11 with three RBI in the three games.

Softball

Record: 3-0 overall

• Saturday at Lacey: Clark vs. Bellevue, 1:30 p.m.; vs. Shoreline, 6 p.m.

• Sunday at Lacey: Clark vs. Highline, 9 a.m.; vs. Everett, 11:55 a.m.; vs. Olympic, 1:30 p.m.

Recap of recent results

The Penguins beat Big Bend 12-2 and Blue Mountain 7-3, and had losses to Walla Walla, 16-1, Wenatchee Valley, 15-5, and Columbia 9-6 at the NWAC Preseason Crossover in Richland.
