Oh the irony! The author of the letter “Civility has been lost” (Our Readers’ Views, March 3) complains that civility has been lost as evidenced by numerous letters to the editor critical of Trump and the GOP. Does the author not recognize that Trump has made a career out of incivility? Or that Trump successfully encourages incivility on the part of his followers while GOP leaders stand meekly by? Where is the author’s criticism of Trump’s incivility?
