The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a corrections-deputy hiring workshop this weekend.

The workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the sheriff’s office’s West Precinct Public Safety Complex, 505 N.W. 179th St., Ridgefield, according to a sheriff’s office news release. It will include an overview of a career in corrections, mock job interview phases and private meetings with a background investigator. The workshop will also offer help ahead of the Public Safety Testing on March 29 at Hudson’s Bay High School.

While no equipment is necessary, comfortable clothes, water and a snack are recommended for those completing the mock fitness assessment. More information can be found at www.GoCCSO.com.
