Letter: Plans for the future

Just saw a story about airlines trying to smooth the path for people to feel safe flying inside tight spaces. For the sake of economic security I suggest: Ground all but large-capacity passenger planes, open up seating while escalating seat prices so the rich can put some of the Phase 1 corporate stimulus back into the economy. Imagine the amount of cheap jet fuel to be burned for that good old “greenhouse effect.” They could even repurpose some of their huge fleet of scrap metal for economic delivery of humanitarian disaster relief, public health, food and other needed supplies.

Three more things: Please protect the U.S. Postal Service, secure your right to vote, and work to ensure “vote at home” vote-by-mail is enacted.
