Vancouver-based ZoomInfo announced Friday that it has acquired Clickagy, a software platform that gathers and analyzes buyer intent data. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

ZoomInfo is a software-as-a-service platform that provides what the company describes as “go-to-market intelligence” — information to help client company marketing and sales teams seek out and broker business-to-business transactions.

The acquisition of Clickagy will provide ZoomInfo clients with better behavioral intent data, the company said in a press release. ZoomInfo also announced that it will launch a new service called Streaming Intent, which identifies companies that are searching for business-to-business topics.

Clickagy was founded in 2013 and is based in Atlanta. The company’s entire staff will move to ZoomInfo, according to the press release, and Clickagy CEO Harry Maugans will become ZoomInfo’s vice president of product management.
