A series of community forums meant to survey the needs of low-income residents has been rescheduled to December.

Clark County Community Services has scheduled four virtual feedback forums — called “A Portrait of Clark County – Needs of a Community” — Dec. 1 to 3, according to a news release from the county. The two-hour forums will include small-group discussions.

Forums in the English language will take place at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 2 and 9 a.m. Dec. 3. A forum for Russian speakers will take place at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 1; one for Spanish speakers will be held at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 3.

The forums were originally scheduled for this month. Anyone who signed up for the previous dates will receive an email notification about the new dates and how to cancel if needed.
Community Services is required to conduct a community needs assessment, which prioritizes programs and services that will be funded through federal Community Service Block Grant Awards, every three years.

Additional information, including how to register for the forums, can be found at https://clark.wa.gov/community-services/community-action.
