Friday night was the scene of a Vancouver Waterfront Park concert involving a massive crowd. People were packed closely together and not wearing masks. We observed 50 people waiting to use the public bathrooms. The event lacked portable restrooms or police presence. How can there be a concert with hundreds of people without a permit required? We need to do better than this if we are going to keep our community safe from COVID-19.
