Letter: Herrera Beutler works for all of us

By Bill Honey, Vancouver
Published: September 13, 2020, 6:00am

There are those advocating to replace Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler solely because there is someone else they do not care for politically. Whoever you may support in the presidential race, please don’t use that as your reason to replace this woman who has worked so well for all of us in Southwest Washington. I, as many of you do, know a family she has helped, in this case by helping cut through some federal red tape. Please vote to keep this effective woman working for all of us.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
