Church holds drive-thru carnival

SALMON CREEK — Generations Church held a drive-thru carnival on Aug. 30 for families. About 100 participants played games from their cars while the church offered prepackaged snacks. Participants had the opportunity to enter for a prize giveaway. “We wanted to provide a safe and fun event at the end of summer for families and kids who were struggling with isolation during COVID-19,” said Samantha Barker, administrative assistant for the church.
