Bravo to the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Visit Vancouver USA and ilani for making Savor the Couve a whopping success. I don’t know who came up with the idea, but it was definitely a win-win: local restaurants and breweries provide fine, full-course takeout dinners for two, with 25 percent of the proceeds going to local charities. We’ve taken part twice and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
