Letter: Lies still not believable

Watching right-wing Trump supporters trying to rewrite history by repeating Trump’s lies (that the insurrectionists who invaded the White House were peaceful, didn’t do any damage and didn’t hurt anyone) reminds me of something Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s propaganda minister, said:

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”
