Raptors on the Road: Ridgefield 15, Walla Walla 3

Caden Connor drove in four runs, Ryan Harvey threw six strong innings and the Raptors opened their final road series with a win crucial to their playoff hopes. Ridgefield the Portland are tied for the final berth with two games to play.

KEY MOMENTS: Connor ignited a big night with a two-run homer in the third inning to put the Raptors ahead 2-0.

Isaac Lovings homered in the sixth inning to give Ridgefield a 6-0 lead.

KEY PLAYERS: Connor added two run-scoring singles, giving him four RBI on the night. His 51 RBI leads the West Coast League and is a Raptors season record.

Harvey allowed two earned runs, struck out five and walked none over six innings.

Mikey Kane went 4 for 6, including a double, and drove in two runs.

Tanner Jacques went 2 for 3 with a double, three RBI and four walks.

NEXT GAME: Ridgefield (25-21, 12-10) at Walla Walla Sweets (14-32, 5-17) at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday.
