Letter: Physician assistant could cause harm

By Steve Engard, Ridgefield

After reading about one of our own medical providers, physician assistant Scott Miller, giving out false and potentially dangerous advice to patients, I must apologize to our community for this bad apple. I have worked as a PA for nearly 40 years, and have seen very few providers giving out opinions that are not evidence-based and potentially quite dangerous. Miller is in the wrong profession and should be encouraged to change professions, before his opinions cause actual harm to someone.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
