Letter: Thanks to vaccine workers

Several of my acquaintances, friends and I received our COVID vaccine at the Clark County fairgrounds, and we have nothing but high praise for those who were there to assist us. It was quick and easy with friendly, helpful, wonderful people working there. We appreciate all of them.

Signing up was easy, but I do feel for those who are not able to access computers. President Biden has only been in office for a very few weeks. We are looking forward to his working with our state to get all of us vaccinated as quickly as possible.

It sounds like new meds that only require regular refrigeration will be available in pharmacies soon. That will get us all protected much sooner. Thank goodness for researchers. Keep wearing masks and wash those hands so we can protect lives, support our local businesses and get things back to “normal.”

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
