VAN MALL — Residents of Glenwood Place Senior Living recently held the second of three COVID-19 vaccination clinics, hosted by Walgreens Pharmacy on Feb. 4. More than 430 vaccines had been given to residents and staff as of Feb. 4, equating to 94 percent of residents. “They anticipate vaccine communitywide compliance to reach 97 percent by the end of their third clinic scheduled for Feb. 25,” said Charissa Steinmann, regional director of sales and marketing for the facility. “The overall feeling about the vaccine at Glenwood Place has been extremely positive. They foresee having the ability to host additional clinics in the future but are still waiting to hear what vaccine availability will look like in the months to come. Glenwood Place feels extremely fortunate to be one of the first communities to receive doses here in Clark County.”
