Beyond sedition, Trump in his capacity as commander in chief has betrayed the military by inciting the seditious mob that murdered Brian Sicknick, a soldier/policeman. Trump’s lies, incendiary tweets and speeches also led to the shooting of a female Air Force veteran who bought into his call for sedition.
He must be prosecuted as an accomplice to murder and treason, as he has betrayed the military and the Constitution to which he swore an oath to preserve and protect.
