The Clark County auditor, assessor and treasurer will reopen their joint lobby to in-person services Wednesday.

It will be open to walk-in customers on Mondays and Wednesdays and for appointment only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The lobby is located on the second floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.

Visitors who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 are not required to wear a face covering, according to a county news release.

Services provided by staff in the lobby include marriage licenses, property tax payment receipt, property tax relief programs, document recording and real estate excise tax receipt.

Seniors and people with disabilities applying for property tax exemptions and deferrals are encouraged to schedule an appointment for those services, according to the news release.

Customers can still access online services, and a secure processing drop box is located on the first floor of the Public Service Center. For online services, visit https://clark.wa.gov/treasurer, https://clark.wa.gov/auditor and https://clark.wa.gov/assessor.
