Magenta Theater seeks actors for ‘Kid Frankenstein’

Magenta Theater seeks adult actors and teens age 16 and older to audition for “Kid Frankenstein,” a play for kids. Auditions are 2 p.m. Aug. 7 at the theater, 1108 Main St., Vancouver. The Oct. 23 production, with performances at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., is a MagenTots show, starring older teens and adults but geared for young audiences. This will be the only MagenTots show of 2021. The play, based on Mary Shelley’s novel “Frankenstein” and adapted by Kathryn Schultz Miller, will rehearse from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 5, 7, 19, 21 and 22.
