Artists sought for Battle Ground Art Alliance’s Art in in the Park event

Local artists are sought for the Battle Ground Art Alliance’s Art in the Park event, an outdoor art sale at Kiwanis Park, 422 S.W. Second Ave., Battle Ground, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 11.

Vendors of original, handcrafted arts are responsible for their own sales; Battle Ground Art Alliance will not take any commission. Vendors are also responsible for their own tents, displays, tables and chairs. Setup will be from 8 to 10 a.m. Sept. 11. Take down begins at 4 p.m. The fee for a 10-by-10-foot tent space is $50 or $40 for Battle Ground Art Alliance members. Group tents are also available for $10 per person. The deadline to apply is Aug. 15.
