Letter: Thanks to The Columbian

Congratulations to the Campbells, and all the staff at The Columbian, on their 100th anniversary. This is one of the best regional papers around. Beats anything Portland has to offer and way better than The (Spokane) Spokesman-Review, which is about the same-sized community. Goes to show what the quality attention of a locally run newspaper can do. I always feel like there’s good, broad coverage and thoughtful reflections. Also pulling interesting pieces from national wires, and then doing the local angle. Thank you!
