The Clark County Charter Review Commission is looking for public input. The commission has created an online survey focused on proposed amendments to the county charter that may be on the 2022 general election ballot.

Residents can access the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022-Amendments. A Spanish language version is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022-Amendments-Spanish. The survey will be open until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28.

Results from the survey will help inform the commission of public opinion regarding specific charter amendment proposals including ranked choice voting, a charter preamble, County Council/Executive Elected Officials’ consultation prior to appointing a new county manager, council vacancy appointment and initiatives and referendum.

The commission is also hosting two virtual town hall meetings at 5 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 11 a.m. on Nov. 20. To access the Nov. 17 meeting, call 1-408-418-9388, the access code is 2489 345 4505. Or go online to https://clarkwa.webex.com/clarkwa/j.php?MTID=ed53aaa494e319dcb96aefc0978e306c2.
