Ridgefield’s Claire Jones is the Week 10 Northwest Personal Training prep athlete of the week

Jones beat out Kylie Ritter of Hockinson for the honor

Claire Jones of Ridgefield soccer is the Northwest Personal Training Week 10 high school athlete of the week.

Jones beat out Hockinson’s Kylie Ritter for the honor.

Jones had two goals and one assist in the Spudders’ two state playoff wins.

This will be the last athlete-of-the-week selection until Dec. 6.

  3. Caroline Hansen, Columbia River 294
  4. Annette Chang, Union 97
  5. Rose Ugbinada, Fort Vancouver 86

Here are the other nominees:

ANNETTE CHANG, UNION GIRLS SWIMMING: Chang placed fourth in the 50 freestyle, seventh in the 100 freestyle and helped Union to a pair of top-8 finishes in the relays at the 4A state meet.

CAROLINE HANSEN, COLUMBIA RIVER VOLLEYBALL: Hansen averaged 42 assists, nine digs and one ace in the three wins in the 2A district tournament.

KYLIE RITTER, HOCKINSON GIRLS SOCCER: Ritter scored both of Hockinson’s goals in state playoff wins over Sehome and Burlington-Edison

ROSE UGBINADA, FORT VANCOUVER GIRLS BOWLING: Ugbinada averaged 197.5 over four games in two wins for the Trappers, including a 248 game.
