A perfect executive a teamwork set the Camas girls soccer on its way a 3-0 victory over Skyline in the 4A girls soccer state semifinal, sending the Papermaker into the title match on Saturday.

Camas (21-0) will face Issaquah, a 1-0 winner over Richland, at 5 p.m. Saturday at Sparks Stadium.4

While the Papermakers again created early corner kicks, the Papermakers were not able to quality shot on goal.

It was Skyline the produced most of serious challenges on goal in the first half, forcing Camas goalkeeper Keely Wieczorek to make four first-half saves.

From there, it was up to a Camas defense that had produced 12 shutouts coming into the match.

A Skyline shot in the 62nd minute went off the crossbar, and the Spartans’ rebound effort sailed high.

Mooney gave the Papermakers the breathing room they have been seeking with her goal in the 75th minute. Bella Burns all but sealed the match with her goal one minute later.
