How Clark County College Football Players Fared, Nov. 27

With a standout defensive performance, Tyler Bergeron helped Linfield stay undefeated and advance in the NCAA Division-III playoffs.

Bergeron, a senior from Battle Ground, had a team-high 10 tackles as the Wildcats held off top-seeded Saint John’s (Minnesota) 31-28 in a second-round road win Saturday.

The Wildcats (11-0) advance to face Mary Hardin-Baylor (12-0) on Dec. 4 in Belton, Texas.

Bergeron, a starting safety, ranks third on Linfield with 44 tackles. He has a team-high 34 solo tackles and two interceptions.
