I live on the east side of Vancouver and have read about the issues with Vancouver Lake for years. My opinion is the state, city, and feds need to pour money into fixing this lake to make it usable to all in Vancouver. It seems that the party that manages this lake has lost their way. Instead of the city wasting money on big pay increases for employees, the city needs to wake up and get the funds to fix this lake.
