The city of Vancouver is offering a safe, supervised and drug-free after-school program for 11- to 18-year-olds at select community centers.

The activities include open gym time and game room access. A free Teen Program ID is required and must be applied for at the community center that the participant intends on visiting.

The application is available online or in person at the community centers.

The program at the Firstenburg Community Center, 700 N.E. 136th Ave., runs from 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. At the Marshall Community Center, 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd., the program runs 1:30 to 5 p.m. Mondays and 2:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays.

Additional details can be found at www.cityofvancouver.us/teens or by calling the community centers.
