A crash on northbound Interstate 5 blocked all lanes of traffic at the north end of the I-5 Bridge about 7 a.m. this morning
According to the Washington State Department of transportation, emergency vehicles blocked the lanes near the offramp state Highway 14. The lanes reopened about 7:30 a.m. but northbound traffic was already backed up to Delta Park. An earlier bridge lift may have contributed to the slowed traffic.
There is no word on injuries.
A southbound I-5 crash was reported about 7:45 a.m. The collision blocked the right lane of the southbound span.
C-Tran tweeted the traffic snarls were causing delays for routes 60 and 105.
