How Clark County College Football Players Fared, Sept. 25

Jack Colletto played more than a small role Oregon State’s first win at Southern California in more than 50 years.

The two-way player from Camas made a difference on both sides of the ball in the Beavers’ 45-27 win.

Colletto had a pair of one-yard touchdown runs. The first gave OSU a 35-17 lead with 6:33 left in the third quarter. The second extended the lead to 42-17 early in the fourth quarter.

The linebacker also made a game-clinching play on defense. His interception with 2:53 remaining snuffed out USC’s comeback hopes after the Trojans had pulled within 42-27.

With Colletto’s first career interception, the Beavers began to celebrate their first win at USC since 1960.
