Recently, an unvaccinated worker at a nursing home in Springfield brought COVID-19 to work and killed five people and sickened many more. That person should be charged with neglect homicide by wanton disregard of human life. It seems the same if through their carelessness and not following protocol they had administered the wrong medicine and killed five patients.
We need to have the people claiming their right to ignore reasonable precautions in spreading the disease to take personal responsibility for the damage their “personal” choice makes. At what point are we going to make unvaccinated COVID-19 patients pay for their overwhelming demand on the medical system and staff? Will medical bankruptcy motivate some to get vaccinated? Even possible death hasn’t motivated enough yet.
