Abhay Kadambi and Pavan Chaganti gave the Union boys tennis team a big lift Wednesday as the Titans beat Camas in a tiebreaker to stay undefeated on the season.
Kadambi and Chaganti won their match at No. 2 doubles 4-6, 6-4, 10-5 and that played into the games-won tiebreaker after being tied in matches 3-3.
The tiebreaker went to Union 56-55 in overall games won.

- Camden Uffelman, Columbia-White Salmon boys cross country, won the 5,000-meter race in 17:37 to help the Bruins defeat King’s Way Christian and Stevenson.
- Ella Zimmerman, Columbia-White Salmon girls cross country, won the 5,000-meter race in 21:22 against Stevenson and King’s Way Christian.
- Daniel Barna, Neftali Menendez and Zachary McClellan, Columbia River boys cross country, went 1-2-3 in the 4,000-meter race as the Rapids topped Hudson’s Bay and R.A. Long.
- Hanna Bailey, Columbia River girls cross country, won the 4,000-meter race by 25 seconds with a time of 16:03 as the Rapids beat R.A. Long and Hudson’s Bay.
- Samuel Grice, Washougal boys cross country, was the winner of the 4,000-meter race in 13:35 against Mark Morris and Fort Vancouver.
- Elle Thomas, Washougal girls cross country, won the 4,000-meter race in 15:51 as the Panthers edged out Fort Vancouver and Mark Morris.
- Maggie Lyons, Camas slowpitch softball, went 4 for 4 with two doubles and a grand slam for seven RBI and scored five runs in a win over Columbia River.
