Letter: County council blatantly political

By Diana Stack Roberts, Vancouver

I am greatly disturbed by the Clark County Council stepping in and making a blatantly political move to redraw the county district map so that each of them can remain in the district they currently serve. That is not one of the guidelines for redrawing the lines.

I did not vote to have districts drawn to keep councilors in or out of their current districts. It shouldn’t have anything to do with it. It is self-serving in every way and reeks of the worst kind of political dealing. Thank you to Councilor Temple Lentz for voting no.
