Grassa, a hand-crafted pasta chain based in Portland, opened Wednesday on The Waterfront Vancouver.

The new restaurant, at 780 Waterfront Way, will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Grassa serves several pasta dishes, including carbonara, macaroni and cheese, rigatoni and pomodoro. It also serves wine, beer and cocktails.

There are four other locations: one in Portland’s downtown area, one on Northwest 23rd Avenue in Portland, one on Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland and another in Lake Oswego.
