The Clark County Law Library has added a response kit to its selection of self-help kits.
The kit contains forms and instructions to respond to a civil suit in Clark County Superior Court, according to a news release. It includes information on defenses and counterclaims.
The response kit is available on the county’s website at clark.wa.gov/law-library/self-help-form-kits. People can also buy it on the first floor of the Clark County Courthouse, 1200 Franklin St., for $15. Shipping costs $10 and there is a $2 fee to use a credit card.
