Lifeline Connections honors two for work in Clark County

Lifeline Connections announced two annual awards last week. Ami Hanna, Collaborative Impact Project Manager at Southwest Washington Accountable Community Health, received the Lifeline Connections’ Award of Excellence. This award is given to individuals in the community who further the cause of substance use disorders and mental health treatment, according to a press release. Hanna helped coordinate with the Clark County Jail and court to raise awareness about Outpatient Competency Restoration, according to the release.

The Recovery Café/Recovery Navigator Program was awarded the Community Partner Award for its partnership with Lifeline Connections to help the organization accomplish its mission. The two organizations work in collaboration to help community members access services and coordinate care for people, according to the release.
