Clark County Auditor’s Office seeks opposition statements for 3 measures

The Clark County Auditor’s Office is seeking individuals interested in writing “against” statements for three ballot measures included in the upcoming Feb. 14 special election. The statements will be included in the voter guide.

The three measures are a ballot proposition from the city of Vancouver for an Affordable Housing Levy and two ballot propositions from Washougal School District for a Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy and a Replacement Capital Levy for Instructional Technology, Health and Safety Improvements.

Any registered voter interested in writing an opposing statement should contact Elections Director Cathie Garber at 564-397-2345 no later than 4 p.m. Dec. 20.
