Clark County rural residents see delays in mail delivery

Weather, shortage of workers challenge U.S. Postal Service

Last week’s icy weather was a nightmare for drivers and left many businesses closed in the final days of the Christmas shopping crush. But for some Clark County residents, especially those living in rural areas, the freezing rain and snow also meant no mail for several days.
