Skylar Groesbeck scored 21 points and the Skyview defense clamped down to eliminate Curtis from the 4A bi-district tournament, 62-47 on Friday.

“We played great defense and moved the ball around,” Skyview coach Brett Johnson said. “It’s all about defense now.”

Skyview (14-5) held Curtis (3-21) to 17 points in the first half, taking a 31-17 lead into halftime.

Kiki Parks added 17 points for Skyview, and Charlotte Baker had 10 rebounds to go with six points.
