10 3-pointers not enough for Woodland boys against Tumwater

Woodland hit 10 3-pointers but it wasn’t enough to keep up with top-seeded Tumwater as the Beavers lost 59-49 in the first round of the 2A boys district tournament.

Woodland will play Black Hills in a loser-out game Tuesday at Ridgefield.

Beau Swett had 21 to lead the Beavers, including three 3-pointers. Dane Huddleston hit four 3-pointers and Drew Burns hit three more.
