Carson Frawley leads four in double figures as Camas boys beat Kentwood 77-65

Carson Frawley scored 19 points in lead four Papermakers in double figures as Camas survived another loser-out game by beating Kentwood 77-65 in the 4A boys basketball bi-district tournament on Wednesday.

Camas will play at Graham-Kapowsin on Friday in another loser-out, but this time the winner is assured of a berth to the regional round of state.

Beckett Currie hit two of his four 3-pointers in the first quarter as Camas jumped out to a 25-10 lead.

The Papermakers then kept Kentwood at arm’s length the rest of the way. Currie finished with 17 points, Theo McMillan had 16 and Stephen Behil added 13.
