Natalie Fraley scored 16 of her game-high 35 points in the third quarter as the Kelso Hilanders girls basketball team rolled past Auburn 66-46 to win the 3A bi-district title on Saturday at Auburn.

“She was unstoppable and took it upon herself to get us a district championship,” Kelso coach Jennifer Hamilton said of Fraley.

“I am so proud of the fight my kids had today,” Hamilton said. “The composure and the passion they had led them to the win. We came out and really held our own.”
