Letter: Vancouver’s lawless streets

My wife and I went to our veterinarian off Mill Plain and when arriving, were told to get into office right away. There was a homeless person that threw rocks through the window, tearing up a stand that had doggie bags for dogs. The staff called the police, which took about 35 minutes to arrive; police said they think they know who it is.

What is happening to our cities and country with lawlessness? If the ACLU lawyers like all this crime, then maybe the homeless should be moved in front of their offices and homes. The police’s hands are tied, and crime pays.
