Vancouver Dawn Lions Club refurbishes roses at the Vancouver freeway sign

ARNADA — Vancouver Dawn Lions Club working in conjunction with Vancouver’s Downtown Association recently helped to beautify the downtown area by trimming, weeding and mulching the roses seen in front of the Vancouver sign when exiting northbound Interstate 5. Fort Vancouver Rose Society provided advice in trimming and fertilizing. The Dawn Lions Club plans to continue its maintenance program through the fall season.
