Clark County Public Works culvert work to close N.W. 11th Avenue

Drivers planning to use Northwest 11th Avenue next week may need to allow for some extra drive time.

Beginning Monday, Northwest 11th Avenue — west of the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds — will be closed from Northwest 164th to 179th streets to allow a private contractor to install a new culvert across the roadway. The road work is expected to last through the end of September.

Detour routes are planned that will allow drivers to access Northwest 11th Avenue to the north and south of the closure area. Detour signs will be posted. Local access to adjacent property owners will be provided.
