Men’s Soccer

THE WEEK THAT WAS

The Penguins (3-5, 3-4) lost at home 3-2 to South Puget Sound on Wednesday. Clark then rebounded to beat Highline 1-0 on the road Saturday. Dylan Sides had the match winner in the 49th minute.

THE WEEK TO COME

The Penguins host Bellevue at 2 p.m. Wednesday, then travel to face South Puget Sound on Saturday.

Women’s Soccer

THE WEEK THAT WAS

After a 2-2 draw against Green River on Wednesday, the Penguins (4-2-1, 4-2-1) won 9-0 at Aberdeen on Saturday. Reagan Griffith had a hat trick.

THE WEEK TO COME

The Penguins play two more of six straight road matches, facing Highline on Wednesday and Pierce on Saturday.

Volleyball

THE WEEK THAT WAS

The Penguins (8-7) won at Umpqua 3-0 (26-24, 25-19, 25-17) on Wednesday. Brooklyn Byers and Mallory Malysz each had nine kills. Lane swept Clark on Saturday, 25-15, 25-15, 25-15.

THE WEEK TO COME

The Penguins travel to Clackamas on Wednesday and Chemeketa on Friday.

Cross Country

THE WEEK THAT WAS

The Penguins did not compete in any events last week.

Clark will travel to the Charles Bowles Invitational, hosted by Willammette University on Saturday in Salem, Ore.
