Investigators with the FBI’s Seattle office are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say vandalized a Vancouver pregnancy care center in November.

The agency said a man vandalized Birthright, 214 E. 17th St., in the Arnada neighborhood Nov. 15.

The man appears to have a tattoo on his right wrist or hand, according to an FBI bulletin.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI’s tipline at 1-800-225-5324, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
