WENATCHEE — A 15-year-old girl, Jasmine Morales Silva, of Wenatchee has been missing since April 9.
She has brown hair and green eyes. Silva is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Jasmine may still be in the local area or may have traveled to other cities in the state.
As of Tuesday, this case does not appear to have any “endangering factors,” said Capt. Edgar Reinfeld of the Wenatchee Police Department. But being gone for 15 days is longer than usual for runaway cases, he said.
